Project is a new 9-story office Self Storage mixed use high rise building.
It includes a ground level with open parking, office, restaurant space, utility rooms; levels 2-8 for self storage, 12,000 sqft each; level 9 for a rooftop restaurant and outdoor terrace. MEPFP design, including a smoke control, emergency generator, fire pump.

It consisted of providing MEPFP design and plans for the remodeling and Addition of an existing retail building, estimated area 19,281 sqft.
Building divided in two tenant spaces, one finish space for Wings (9,533sqft), one shell restaurant space (7,394 sqft gnd and 2,354 sqft future mezzanine, 9,748 sqft total) for future use and common corridors.
